What is your returns policy?
Have you changed your mind or bought a product that you don’t need anymore? It happens! We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the product. Just post them back to use, ensuring we receive your return within the 14 day time period. We ask that you obtain proof of postage anddo not dispose of this until your return has been accepted. We will process your return within 14 days from the date thatwe receive it.
How much does shipping cost?
- POLAND: We always offer free shipping within the territory of Poland.
- EUROPE: Within the Europe, we offer free shipping for all orders of 90 USD and above. For all other orders, shipping costs 8 USD within the Europe.
- UNITED STATES AND CANADA: Within United States and Canada, we offer free shipping for all orders of 90 USD and above. For all other orders, shipping costs 8 USD within the United States and Canada.
- REST OF THE WORLD: International shipping outside the Europe, United States and Canada is free for orders over USD 150. For all other orders, international shipping outside of the Europe, United States and Canada costs 12 USD.
How long does shipping usually take?
We know you’re excited to receive your Oio Lab goodies, so we do everything we can to get these to you as quickly as possible. Within the territory of Poland orders are usually received within 2 business days, from the moment of dispatch from our warehouse. Within other European Union countries, orders are usually received within 3-5 business days from when it leaves our warehouse. Delivery time for all other international orders depend on the country of destination of goods.
